Keeping your contacts up-to-date and choosing pertinent review outlets is a skilled and important task and certainly should not be left to the most junior member of your organisation or be reliant on a defunct list of outdated names and addresses.

How it works:

You let us know what title(s) you require our service to cover, provide us with title information, and if appropriate share author questionnaires or other marketing material. We will then draw up a professional list of publications to dispatch review copies to.

We clear the list* with you and you provide us with copies of the books for us to carry out the physical dispatch.

Review slips, detailing pertinent information and/or press releases can be included too.

A final report comes back to you detailing what went where and when.

For those requiring a fuller results driven service we can, in some circumstances, follow-up on the review copy placement and also arrange for an associate clippings service to assign research to the project and provide copies of published coverage.

We can look after one title for you or whole lists on an on-going basis.
