TWM, a new joint venture from The Oxford Publicity Partnership Ltd (OPP) and Quantum Publishing Solutions Ltd (Quantum), offers a wholly new, one-stop option, for securing adoptions and growing textbook sales.
Using the specialist academic marketing skills of OPP (with many years of experience of academic mailing lists, researching higher education contacts and reaching academics by appropriately produced direct mail and electronic methods) together with Quantum, an established and leading publisher sales agency (with a wealth of regional territorial academic knowledge), this new service is designed to take a forensic approach to academic promotion - relying upon a careful mix of targeting academics with information through traditional print and electronic means, together with the localised academic rep follow-up and adoption chasing.
How it works:
Designed to relieve you of the headache of managing high profile campaigns, TWM will work with you to develop a strategy for your project and implement the campaign within an agreed operating fee. TWM, based at its offices in Towcester, will manage the complete project and act as your contact point.

You and your colleagues brief TWM on the adoption product(s)
TWM researches academic contacts - both commercially and locally - sources carefully deduped (against your own lists, if appropriate) and disseminates product information to potential adoptees - using direct mail, email etc.
Requests for inspection copies are dispatched by TWM, and its territory managers make contact - by email, telephone, in-person - as appropriate - to encourage inspection and take-up
At sensible intervals, TWM chases potential adoptees for qualitative feedback on the inspection copy provided. Follow-up being done by telephone, e-mail or in person
TWM informs you of the responses and communicates pertinent information to you so that adoption times can be noted and your sales force can follow-up and ensure availability through your chosen sales source
